- a teaching diploma recognized in Switzerland as a primary school teacher (for foreign degrees, a diploma recognized by the EDK) with the following subject profile: M, D, NMG, BG, BS, MU, and E

- a goal-oriented and close collaboration with subject teachers
- willingness to participate in school projects
