About the job
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Ensure the operation, operational maintenance, and continuous evolution of the Odoo ERP;
- Guarantee the quality of service, the stability of the solution, and its suitability to business needs;
- Monitor the proper functioning of the ERP via existing dashboards and provide user support and incident management (ticketing);
- Actively participate in the implementation of new modules and the expansion of the functional scope;
- Carry out specific developments (Odoo modules, automation scripts) and participate in managing updates and version upgrades in coordination with the integrator;
- Collaborate with Unisanté IT teams to ensure interoperability between Odoo and other systems;
- Coordinate relationships with our partners.
Your assets:
- Higher education in computer science, information systems, or equivalent field. Additional training or Odoo certification is a plus;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP application management;
- Concrete experience with Odoo and its main modules in a complex or multi-business environment;
- Knowledge of Swiss accounting and analytical accounting;
- Experience in application integration and automation;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and knowledge of technical English;
- Service orientation and interest in user support;
- Analytical and prioritization skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Very good communication skills.
