- Completed vocational training (EFZ) with event management experience.
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in German, and French or English (B2 level).

About the job
What you can achieve
- Planning and implementing all events and occasions taking place inside and outside the C5I Campus
- Supporting the development of a long-term strategy for security policy formats such as conferences, roundtables, and panel discussions
- Close coordination with external and internal service providers (Food & Beverage, Facility Management, etc.)
- Continuously ensuring the highest quality standards in the planning and execution of events and occasions
- Further development of existing C5I Campus event formats
- Taking over operational tasks related to the implementation of the C5I ecosystem strategy
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training EFZ
- Experience in independently organizing and conducting events and occasions
- Experience with security policy events is an advantage
- Confident handling of various stakeholders from home and abroad
- High service awareness and solution orientation
- Independent, hands-on, and pragmatic working style with a pronounced quality awareness
- Very good German skills as well as French and/or English skills (Level B2) are an advantage
- Experience in a military environment is an advantage
