- Diploma at tertiary level (HF, FH, DN II, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing
- Further training in vocational pedagogy SVEB certificate trainer (or equivalent training of 300 hours, or willingness to complete this)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High pedagogical competence and enjoyment in working with learners
- Quality awareness, organisational talent and a reflective, open personality
- Work Monday to Friday on day shifts
- 100% focus on vocational training for maximum impact in education
- 5 weeks holiday, from age 45: 6 weeks, from age 55: 7 weeks
