tasks

• you support the real estate accounting team both professionally and operationally
• you ensure the accurate and timely preparation of service charge statements as well as interim and annual financial statements
• you also prepare condominium owner statements (stweg)
• you are also jointly responsible for dunning runs and debt collection
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 90 and 100%
• if suitable and mutual interest exists, there is the possibility of a subsequent permanent position

requirements

• you have several years of experience in real estate accounting (m/f/d)
• you are already very familiar with the above-mentioned tasks
• knowledge of Garaio REM is important
• ideally, you are also familiar with Immotop 2
