Role Objective:

In this position, you will gradually grow into project management and increasingly take responsibility for demanding door projects. You act as the interface between customers, production, and installation, ensuring a smooth project process. With your technical understanding and willingness to learn, you will develop into an important contact person for the successful implementation of individual customer solutions.

Your Tasks:

• Support and collaboration in work preparation (AVOR)
• Gradual takeover of door projects from planning to handover
• Creation of parts lists, production documents, and material orders
• Conducting measurements on-site at the customer
• Coordination between customers, production, and installation
• Monitoring costs, deadlines, and project progress

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational or technical training, for example as a carpenter, joiner, polymechanic, or comparable
• Alternatively, a completed degree with an interest in practical work
• Good spatial imagination and technical understanding
• High willingness to learn and motivation to take on responsibility
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment in collaborating with customers and internal departments
