We care for our residents and their relatives with professional competence and a lot of human commitment. The situations of our residents are sometimes complex. Treatment, care, and support of high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually tailored support in health, social, or emotional matters.
That is why our multiprofessional team works closely together. It consists of doctors, nursing professionals, a social worker, activation specialists, therapists, and chaplains.
Here you get involved
- Organization of care and support for residents with moderate to severe care needs within the framework of long-term care and transitional care (34 places)
- Personnel and professional leadership as well as consulting of about 30 employees
- Identification of action and development needs as well as initiation and implementation of corresponding measures at the ward level, taking into account the service mandate
- Implementation of the training mandate on the ward
- Assistance in care as needed
You
- have completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- bring further training in leadership or several years of experience in a similar role
- possess expertise and professional competence in geriatrics and palliative care

Thanks to the direct connection to the Limmattal acute hospital, medical care is guaranteed around the clock. The Spital Limmattal care center is located in close proximity to the city of Zurich, only three S-Bahn stations from the main train station.
