Job description
We are looking for a Process Project Manager - M/F/X to lead process engineering projects ensuring quality, respect of deadlines, costs and HSE requirements.
🔥 Your responsibilities :
- Lead the design and optimisation of industrial processes, ensuring the integration of best practices and technological innovations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, quality, safety) to ensure project progress.
- Monitor project execution, identify risks and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance of installations and processes with regulatory standards and HSE requirements.
- Prepare and present technical files and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Support the commissioning of new processes and ensure skills transfer to operational teams.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of process methods and tools.
🎯 Your profile :
- You hold an engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level) in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in managing process engineering projects, ideally in the processing or industrial sector.
- You master project management tools and methodologies (PPM, PMI, Prince2, V-Model, Agile, etc.)
- You have in-depth knowledge of HSE standards and regulations applicable to industrial processes.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You demonstrate strong communication and priority management skills.
- You show autonomy, rigour and initiative.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You are results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
