• During the day shift, you care for and support the senior ladies and gentlemen according to the house guidelines in the open living area
• You help to maintain high care quality and continuously optimise ongoing processes
• You work with daily responsibility and within the key worker system
• You also document your activities in the RAI
• The workload can be chosen between 40 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• You have completed training as a health specialist
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK) is required
• Do you also consider yourself empathetic, a team player and attentive?
