Polymechanic – Service Technician
Activities
- Professional installation and precise commissioning of complex CNC systems
- Proactive maintenance and efficient repair directly at the customer
- Systematic fault analysis and sustainable resolution of technical malfunctions
- Competent telephone technical advice and technical problem-solving
- Professional support at industry events and trade fairs
Requirements
- Successful completion as a polymechanic, automation technician, or in a comparable mechanical field
- Relevant experience in handling CNC machine tools or highly complex technical systems
- Ideally several years of professional experience in a service-oriented key function
- Business fluent German as well as advantageous knowledge of English and French for customer interaction
- High technical affinity combined with the motivation to grow in a collegial and dynamic team culture
