Your main tasks

• Close cooperation with the department head in the professional and personnel management of the protected department for people with dementia with 18 beds
• Contact person for relatives on the topics of information, advice and support
• Co-responsible for the implementation of our concept for protected dementia departments
• Responsible as the primary contact person for ensuring the nursing process
• Designing a dignified and resource-oriented living environment for the residents
• Active promotion of a pleasant working atmosphere through cooperation and mutual support
• Co-responsible for maintaining high nursing quality
• Conception and leadership of case discussions
• Participation in internal projects

You bring with you

• High motivation to jointly pursue our vision
• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF with at least five years of professional experience
• Interest in taking first or further steps in a leadership role
• Curiosity and willingness to develop further
• Appreciative and respectful behaviour
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Strong digital skills for daily electronic administration using BESA or interRAI LTCF, easyDOK and common Office programmes
