What is my role?

You operate and monitor modern production plants

• You set up the machines and ensure a smooth production process

• You carry out quality checks and document the results

• You detect malfunctions early and independently resolve minor technical issues

• You work closely with your team and maintain order and cleanliness at your workplace

• You comply with all safety and quality regulations

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed technical training or have comparable professional experience

• Ideally, you have experience operating production plants

• You work reliably and have a good technical understanding

• You are willing to work shifts (2- to 3-shift operation)

• You like to get involved and are a team player

• You work carefully and pay attention to quality
