Concierge & Cleaning Supervisor (a) 100%- Establishing schedules, intervention planning and coordinating cleaning staff rounds
- Conducting rounds and internal audits to ensure compliance with specifications and cleanliness standards
- Organising and supervising specific services (carpet shampooing, high window cleaning, floor stripping)
- Direct intervention on site to cover absences or manage operational emergencies
- Integration, training on safety protocols and support for new employees
- Daily or weekly briefings, conveying instructions and motivating staff
- Managing minor repairs and coordinating subcontractor interventions
- Monitoring complaints and customer requests.
- Validating working hours, managing absences, leave and following up on annual reviews
- Inventory and ordering of cleaning products, equipment and consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
- Checking the condition of machinery (scrubbers, vacuum cleaners) and organising repairs
- Monitoring satisfaction, collecting grievances and adjusting services directly with the client
- Controlling costs related to products and labour to respect budgets allocated per unit
- Transmitting information to ensure invoicing complies with delivered services
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental procedures in force at ISS
- Checking the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the proper use of chemical products
- Supervising and training new employees
- Federal VET Diploma in cleaning (cleaning agent, operations agent or equivalent), an advantage
- Continuing education in the cleaning field
- Proven experience in team management
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and cleaning activity
- Good command of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese or Spanish an advantage)
- Proficient in IT tools (MS Office)
- Driving licence, clean criminal record
- Service-oriented, well organised and communicative
- Autonomous, proactive, organised
