Tasks
- Manufacture of kitchens and carpentry work in bank and machine rooms according to professional specifications
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of production processes
- Guidance and supervision of apprentices during their training as a trainer
Requirements
- Completed carpenter apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and relevant practical experience
- Willingness to undertake further training as a trainer or already possessing the qualification
- Good German skills for clear communication
- Reliable and precise working method
- Motivation to support young people in their professional and personal development
