To complete the team of the Polyclinic of the Cardiocentro Ticino Institute in Lugano, we are looking for a

Medical Practice Assistant (100%)

Profile:

The Polyclinic welcomes patients in the cardiology, cardiac surgery and thoracic surgery outpatient clinics, which are characterised by predominantly acute but also chronic clinical conditions. The medical practice assistant is therefore required to have a strong spirit of adaptability and flexibility in managing complex clinical situations characterised by rapid evolution. The ideal candidate is particularly sensitive to understanding the needs of users and, like us, believes in the importance of putting the patient at the centre of our attention. They also know how to work in a team and collaborate interdisciplinarily.

Necessary requirements:

• Federal certificate of capacity as a medical practice assistant or medical aide;
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and adaptability;
• Good knowledge of main computer programmes;
• Excellent command of the Italian language;
• Knowledge of another national language and/or English and knowledge of cardiology will be considered an advantage.
