Social Work Specialist 80% with Role as Deputy Manager

Your tasks

• You support the head of Wohnen Plus Kehrsatz in a deputy role and take on the quality management portfolio.
• You accompany clients within the framework of a key worker mandate.
• You take responsibility for day and evening shifts.
• You perform administrative tasks such as process documentation and reporting.
• You plan, coordinate, and lead site meetings.
• You engage in networking with internal and external professionals as well as guardians.

You bring with you

• A degree in social work or comparable qualification as well as current and solid expertise
• Professional experience, preferably in the areas of social therapy, work integration, and social insurance
• Enjoyment of a varied role with irregular shifts including night and weekend on-call duties
• Resource- and solution-oriented thinking and acting and the ability to grasp complex situations and remain calm in difficult situations
• Communicative skills, decisiveness
• Proficient knowledge of digital applications
• Driving licence category B
