You are responsible for the economic success of your store
You ensure the training and development of your team and implement sales promotion measures with them
You actively enthuse our discerning customers with your friendliness and expert advice, know how to adapt makeup to each person, and lead the Member Club
You guarantee optimal merchandise management and maintain an attractive image of the store
You plan staff allocation, control costs, and carry out the administrative tasks inherent to the store

You are a customer- and goal-oriented personality with a sense of key figures and proven leadership experience
You are open to new things and possess a high degree of flexibility and stress resistance
You have acquired your high level of expertise through professional training in the field of perfumes and cosmetics and have ideally added business management skills through further training
You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, and have several years of experience in the sector
You have a clean criminal record and no prosecutions
