Due to maternity leave, we are looking for you as a substitute!
The primary school Orpund tries to meet the educational and demographic challenges by having teachers work closely and interdisciplinarily and by exploring new ways regarding teaching.
The municipality of Orpund is a neighbor of the city Biel/Bienne and at the primary school, almost 300 children are taught in 15 classes with 55 teachers. Teachers, janitorial staff, classroom assistants, secretariat, and school management see themselves together as companions for the learning environment and the learning tasks of the children.

Tasks
- You are responsible as a school special education teacher for all tasks of special education in two kindergartens. Planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of special education teaching are familiar to you.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in multiprofessional teams.
Requirements
- You basically think and act systemically.
- You are humorous and flexible.
- You are a pronounced team player and know your role as a special education teacher in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ideally, you have a MAS in school special education, are in training for it, or have many years of practical experience in this field.
We offer
- A permanent position according to cantonal employment conditions (LAG)
- The working days are negotiable, the workload could be increased from 12 to 15 lessons in a 3rd/4th grade.
- A motivated and committed staff as well as a special teaching team
