About the job
To strengthen our team, we are looking from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement for a committed individual to support our team in the maintenance, further development and strategic orientation of our laboratory informatics. In doing so, you will work closely with the specialist departments, IT and external partners and contribute to a reliable, secure and future-oriented operation of our laboratory IT.

Your tasks
- You will maintain and further develop the laboratory information system (LIS).
- You will ensure the stable operation of the laboratory IT applications.
- You will configure, test and integrate new functions and KIS interfaces.
- You will be responsible for LIS architecture, transition as well as HL7, FHIR and LOINC interfaces.
- You will ensure data integrity, data modelling and the archiving of report data.
Your profile
- You have a degree in medical informatics or training as a certified BMA with IT further education.
- You bring at least five years of experience with LIS systems in a hospital environment.
- You understand laboratory processes and their digitalisation.
- You have good knowledge of SQL/RDBMS, HL7, FHIR, ASTM and LOINC.
- You know what data protection means and are familiar with IT security as well as ISO 15189:2022.
- You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented.
