• You lead the team during the shift and contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
• You ensure an optimal operational process and the care process in everyday life
• You independently and thoroughly manage the electronic care documentation
• You assist with the daily care of our residents and support the training and education of apprentices and interns
• You are the contact person for residents, relatives, and other interest groups such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.

• Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF, AKP, DNII, DNI, or PsyKP
• You have the SVEB 1 certificate or are willing to complete the training
• You are a RAI-NH coordinator or willing to complete the training
• You have professional experience in inpatient long-term care
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good RAI knowledge in classification is an advantage
• You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
