AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Head of Ventilation/Air Conditioning in Zurich.Your Challenge
- Personnel and professional leadership (including budget responsibility)
- Allocation, organisation and supervision of ventilation orders (including profitability control)
- Acquisition of orders and preparation of quotations
- Quality assurance in your own area of responsibility
- Member of the internal ERFA group
- Member of the branch management team
- Opportunity for strategic co-design and development of the entire branch
Your Profile
- Completed further training as a certified technician HF HVAC or equivalent
- Extensive experience in operational project management
- Resilient, customer-oriented and responsible personality with negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Leadership experience
