• You advise the management of the business units as a business partner – with sound analyses, clear statements, and a focus on the essentials.
• You develop precise controlling instruments that create transparency and serve as a basis for decision-making – across the entire global value chain.
• You question existing processes, identify improvement potentials, and contribute ideas that create real added value.
• You bring your expertise into cross-departmental projects – actively contributing to making Baumer measurably better.
• You strengthen our internal reporting – with modern tools, innovative methods, and a clear focus on benefits and user-friendliness.
• You work with the right numbers – creating real orientation with meaningful Power BI reports and intelligent SAP evaluations.
• You convey complex contexts simply, understandably, and effectively – ensuring that decisions can be made faster and more securely.

• You have completed a business administration degree – with a focus on controlling, accounting, or finance, preferably at a university of applied sciences.
• You bring solid experience in operational controlling of a manufacturing industrial company – experience in a corporate structure is a plus.
• You have a deep understanding of cost structures, processes, and value chains – and can derive precise recommendations for action from them.
• You are very proficient in handling SAP (FI/CO/MM/PP) and BI tools – especially Power BI and MS Excel at a high level.
• You enjoy working in a team, tackle topics actively, and inspire with your likeable, motivating manner.
• You communicate confidently – in German and English – and convince with clarity, competence, and natural persuasiveness.
• You want to make a difference – not just deliver numbers but also achieve impact with them.
