Workshop Manager 100% (m/f)

As a workshop manager you control all important processes in a workshop to relieve the workshop manager and the mechanics. You are the coordinator between the customers, products and the workshop and offer support in all administrative matters.

• Management of early warning systems (Expert Alerts from John Deere)
• Responsible for coordinating services and maintenance contracts
• Recording and processing of service orders including invoicing
• Recording of new vehicle deliveries
• Booking in and billing of external repair and maintenance operations
• Invoicing of all workshop work (internal/external billing)
• Planning and provision of spare parts as well as their return booking
• Recording and coordination of warranty cases and the entire warranty stock as well as returns
• Coordination of the entire time management
• Responsible for the system maintenance of customer and machine data
• Responsible for handover and warranty formalities

• Commercial or technical basic training, preferably in the field of motor equipment and/or agricultural machinery industry
• Good business management knowledge
• Independent, reliable and precise working style
• Experience in sales/trade
• Good communication skills
• Very good IT user skills and high proficiency in the use of Microsoft products (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• German as mother tongue, good to very good French skills, English is an advantage
• Driver's license category B/E
