As Operations Excellence Coordinator, you ensure that EiiF’s administrative and operational backbone runs smoothly, reliably, and efficiently.

The European Industrial Insulation Foundation (EiiF) works at the intersection of energy efficiency, industry, and sustainability. Through thermal energy audits (TIPCHECK), training programmes (EiiF Academy), and awareness-building activities, we help industry reduce energy waste and emissions. To support our strong but small international team, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Excellence Coordinator who is motivated to grow into the role and actively shape and further develop it.

Your Key Focus

• Administration & finance (backoffice, invoicing, bookkeeping, databases)
• EiiF Membership & TIPCHECK Programme administration
• Coordination support for meetings and occasional events

What You Bring

• Experience in administration, operations, or a multi-tasking office role
• Strong organisational skills and a self-driven working style
• Very comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Excellent written communication skills in English and French
• German is a plus
