Job Description

As part of the takeover and management of a multisite Drupal ecosystem, the Digital Project Manager ensures the coordination, management, and operational monitoring of corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities. He/She guarantees the quality, performance, and functional coherence of the different sites while being the privileged contact for the client and technical teams.

Main missions:

• Manage the daily maintenance of the multisite Drupal CMS: ticket management and prioritization, monitoring corrective and evolutionary actions.
• Collect, analyze, and formalize client needs: writing user stories, functional scoping, clarifying expectations.
• Coordinate developers and technical providers: monitoring deliverables, supervising deployments.
• Ensure regular reporting: progress of requests, monitoring maintenance budget consumption, quality and performance indicators.
• Propose continuous improvement areas: UX optimization, performance improvement, security recommendations.
• Document processes and keep the project knowledge base up to date.

Qualifications

Profile sought:

• Graduate Bac+4/5 (engineering school, digital business school or equivalent).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in web project management, ideally in an agency or multisite environments.
• Comfortable with project management and ticketing tools: Jira, Redmine, Trello, or equivalents.
• Rigorous, organized, autonomous, with excellent service and communication skills.
• English B2

Additional assets:

• Good understanding of the digital ecosystem and the specifics of a multisite environment.
• Ability to communicate with technical profiles as well as client-side business contacts.
• Experience on major account projects or in complex multisite contexts
