- In collaboration with the residential group leader, you take on the professional responsibility for the entire care process according to our understanding of care and our quality standards.
- You support the residential group leader in the personnel and organizational management of the interdisciplinary team.
- In the absence of the residential group leader, you fully assume their responsibilities and tasks as a deputy.
- You actively participate in the daily life of the residential group and act as a reference person in the direct care and support of our chronically ill residents.
- You have the opportunity to participate in projects or take on additional tasks (e.g., HF Nursing Training, RAI, etc.)
- You have completed training as an HF nursing specialist (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diplomas).
- You have professional experience in psychiatry or long-term care.
- Ideally, you already have some leadership experience for this interesting position.
- You are a resilient, open-minded personality with good communication skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills into administrative tasks.
