• You coordinate all parties involved – from the planning office to the contractor – and ensure strong collaboration until commissioning.
• You transform technical requirements into well-thought-out, sustainable, and economical solutions.
• With your expertise, you make informed technology and investment decisions and drive automation projects forward.
• At the same time, you further develop processes and standards in engineering and actively shape the future.

• A completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, building technology, civil engineering - or a comparable technical education with appropriate further training.
• Several years of experience in managing investment projects, ideally in an industrial environment or in the food industry.
• Solid practical experience in planning and implementing construction, infrastructure, or plant projects.
• A strong sense for costs, quality, and deadlines - combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills - so that projects are not only planned but successfully realized.
