Tasks
- Care and support of our clients in the living and leisure area
- Guiding or accompanying daily personal hygiene
- Implementing the pedagogical processes
- Co-creating a cozy living environment through activities such as cooking, decorating, and keeping the premises clean
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialist offices
- Administrative and organizational tasks
Profile
- Training as a Care Specialist EFZ (specializing in people with disabilities) or a related profession
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
