About the job

• You ensure the safety, care, and nursing of chronically mentally ill people during the night.
• You document and report your observations orally and in writing.
• You perform treatment nursing activities within the scope of your competencies.
• You use nursing diagnostics as a working tool.
• You actively shape the therapeutic environment of the residential group and orient your work according to the residential home concept.

• You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF / FH (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
• You have professional experience in psychiatry or long-term care.
• You are a balanced personality who approaches our residents with patience and empathy.
• Thanks to your resilience, your independent and responsible way of working, as well as your high social competence, you can handle demanding situations at night.
• You have good German skills in spoken and written form – at least level C1. In addition, your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
