As a local player, the Technical and Infrastructure Department, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, electrical panels and infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, kitchen and household appliance sales and installation, as well as maintenance of installations.
Mission :
Organization and execution of tasks related to tenders, public contracts, and offers in the heating field
- Design and costing of various projects mainly in heating by heat pump
- Management of costing programs
- Organization and execution of administrative tasks related to building permit applications and subsidies
- Technical support to technical-commercial staff and project managers
Profile :
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in one of the building technology fields: heating or sanitary
- First experience of 3 to 5 years in a technical back office
- Strong interest in technical project study
- Very good command of MS-Office IT tools, knowledge of professional tools
- Native French speaker, with good writing skills
- Dynamic, flexible, and proactive
- Good stress resistance
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sociable: comfortable with supplier and client contact.
