Yooji's Manufactory, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufactory is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 staff. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufactory. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Production Employee 80-100% Night Shift
Tasks
- Flawless production, packaging and picking of products according to the communicated daily demand while adhering to current standards and processes
- Error-free work preparation
- Correct picking of various orders
- Various tidying and cleaning tasks and compliance with cleaning standards according to applicable cleaning and hygiene standards
- Maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure
Requirements
- Professional experience in food production, production, packaging or picking is an advantage
- Experience handling food as well as knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP) are advantageous
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts as well as weekend and public holiday shifts
- Physical resilience and willingness to work predominantly standing and regularly lift loads
- German language skills at A2 level, English skills are an advantage
