With your commitment, you are responsible for and lead modernization projects of packaging systems for our worldwide customers, maintain contact with our Syntegon service units, and thus make a significant contribution to business success.

• You are responsible for the entire project management of modernization orders from planning, risk management, stakeholder management, reporting, and cost tracking for our international customers.
• In addition, you are the single point of contact for your modernization project.
• You ensure proactive and cooperative customer contact from the offer preparation to project completion.
• You initiate and are responsible for process optimizations.
• Furthermore, you support the preparation of offers, which may include feasibility studies, technical clarifications, planning of assembly and commissioning, as well as commercial elaboration and technical formulations.
• The travel share is about 5% and includes worldwide trips to customers and Syntegon service units.

• You have a technical affinity as well as further education (FH) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar discipline.
• In addition, you have at least three years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably in international mechanical and plant engineering.
• For demanding customer and project support, we place great value on initiative, assertiveness, teamwork, as well as a systematic and cost-/deadline-conscious way of working.
• You are a solution-oriented and implementation-strong personality with pronounced communication skills.
• Fluent German and English skills for contact with our international customers are required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP tools complete your profile.
