Tasks
- Independent management of the property portfolios assigned to you
- Representation of the Coop Cooperative as property owner and as tenant in rented properties
- Responsible for small and medium-sized renovations and refurbishments as well as regular maintenance
- Development of management and rental concepts with your supervisor
- Preparation of rental contracts and addenda as well as responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties
Requirements
- You have professional experience in property management, ideally in commercial property management
- You have experience in repairs, maintenance and renovations
- You have completed further training as a property manager with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
- You are proficient and comfortable with digital media
- You hold a category B driving licence
