Your tasks
- Operational management of children’s animation (attendance, project work, deployment planning, professional guidance, offer development, networking)
- Operational co-management of the youth parliament (planning, coordination, networking, project work)
- Coordination and co-design in building structures to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in municipal children and youth promotion
- Supporting young people in implementing their ideas and concerns
- Planning and implementing participatory projects and events
Your profile
- Degree from a university of applied sciences in social work or equivalent training in a related professional field
- Professional experience with children and young people, preferably in children and youth promotion
- Experience in participatory project work
- Strong communication skills, good presentation skills and a pronounced awareness of role
- Ability to plan and implement independently, responsibly and conscientiously
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work regular evenings and weekends
