At the Baar Care Center, we care for and support 165 elderly and young people, ensuring the well-being of our residents with great care and competent nursing. The person is at the center of our attention.
Your new workplace
Our team for activating daily life offers all residents a varied program with different activities. Events with musical entertainment, individual care, and excursions complement the weekly program.

You will find a small dedicated team (3 people) that enriches the daily life of our residents with heart, creativity, and joy. Together we make everyday life varied, support each other, and look forward to new ideas and impulses that you bring in.

What does your workday look like?
- Co-responsibility for the design and implementation of our activation offerings.
- Compilation of needs-oriented offers and activities
- Support in organizing events and celebrations for our residents.
- Occasionally, we accompany our residents to appointments and activities inside and outside the care center.
- Close cooperation with the nursing teams and other activation staff in the house.
What do you bring with you?
- Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ.
- Professional experience in a long-term care institution is an advantage.
- Creativity and willingness to take unconventional paths.
- Confident and understanding handling of people in need of care.
- Recognizing and promoting the mental, physical, social, and emotional abilities and needs of the residents.
