Process Engineer SMT Production (m/f/d)
New technologies enable us to open up new markets and thus continuously drive the further development and expansion of our company. You have the ability to understand complex projects and contribute accordingly. Within your area of responsibility, you work with great independence and appropriate competencies.
Your tasks
- Creation, adjustment, and optimization of AOI programs (Viscom systems)
- Program creation and process optimization for our Fuji NXT placement system
- Support and continuous improvement of SMT production processes in series and prototypes
- Analysis of error patterns as well as initiation of corrective and improvement measures
- Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, and production management to increase efficiency and process reliability
- Support in the introduction of new products and technologies
Your qualities
- Completed technical training in electronics, automation, mechatronics, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in SMT production, especially in AOI programming (Viscom) and Fuji NXT program creation
- Sound knowledge of placement technologies and quality assurance
- Analytical and structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and solution orientation
- Very good German language skills
