Your tasks

• Professional and administrative leadership of the team to ensure goal achievement as well as the fulfilment of defined tasks and responsibilities.
• Allocation of team resources to various roles and tasks as well as management of project management capacities.
• Personnel management including all tasks such as recruitment, support and development of team members, as well as exit management.
• Responsible for internal coordination and information exchange.
• Clarification of strategy and definition of priorities.
• Defining and monitoring key figures and compliance with project methodology.
• Execution of projects commissioned by management.
• Leadership and participation in projects for the strategic and operational further development of CISTEC AG.

Your profile

• Experience in leading complex projects including budget, schedule, and resource responsibility.
• Relevant university degree or training with certifications in project methodologies.
• Leadership skills in managing employees in line management.
• Structured, methodical working style (waterfall and agile).
• Confident stakeholder communication and decision-making ability.
• High sense of responsibility, resilience, and solution orientation.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and leadership qualities.
• Very high self-motivation, energy, and resilience.
• Fluent in German & English, French is an advantage.
