What does your daily routine look like?
You can expect a very varied training; no day is like the other! Mostly, you will carry out basic care activities (support with personal hygiene, eating, mobility) and assist the residents in their daily lives. Household tasks are also part of it, as well as administrative work (keeping documentation, orders, etc.). Depending on your training level, you will perform medical-technical tasks such as injections, dressing changes, or blood sampling. In all activities, you involve the resident and thus promote their independence and their joy of life. You work throughout the company with the various professional sectors.
What requirements do you bring?
- You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
- You are physically fit and mentally resilient
- You are a communicative, open, and cheerful person
- You attend secondary school (or middle school with good grades)
You must be aware that your training also involves weekend and late shifts. The commute to the various educational partners (company, vocational school, inter-company courses) must be easily accessible for you by public transport.
