Group Reporting Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Preparation of group reporting and the financial section of the annual and half-year reports according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER

• Collaboration on group-wide reports such as remuneration and corporate governance reports

• Professional support for international subsidiaries on accounting, valuation and reporting issues

• Analysis and coordination of the implementation of new IFRS requirements

• Central contact person for the group-level audit office

• Coordination of external audits and preparation of audit-relevant documentation

• Support of M&A transactions with board applications, due diligence and valuations

• Driving the standardisation and automation of reporting and closing processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Qualification as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant or CPA

• Analytically strong personality with a pronounced understanding of numbers and high attention to detail

• Independent, structured and responsible way of working

• Sound IFRS knowledge as well as interest in complex accounting and reporting topics

• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness in an international environment

• High quality awareness and enthusiasm for process optimisation, digitalisation and automation
