Practice-Integrated Study in Business Administration (B. A.) * (Start October 2026)

Your studies at UNITY offer you:

• Ideal combination of theory and practice: In a 13-week rotation, you will study at Bielefeld University and actively work on business tasks and projects in our company. You will apply your knowledge directly in practice and can choose your own focus areas during the course of your studies - including a practice-oriented bachelor's thesis in the seventh semester.
• Diverse tasks in the company: You can directly apply the knowledge you have gained in your studies in our various business areas (e.g., Marketing, HR, Financial Accounting, Management Assistance).

• Marketing area: Support in the development of marketing strategies,
  campaign planning (social media, trade fairs, print), website design, event planning. 
• Management Assistance area: From proposal creation to customer communication - there is no boredom with us. Learn the correct customer relationship management or travel planning.
• HR area: Get to know the various processes of personnel administration - from contract creation, onboarding to offboarding. You will accompany recruiting processes, support the organization of training, and participate in personnel development projects.
• Financial Accounting area: Learn more about bookkeeping & accounting, cost and performance accounting.

• Willingness to learn: You see challenges as opportunities and are ready to continuously learn. As a basis, you have successfully completed your (specialized) high school diploma (soon).
• Communication skills: You approach others openly and have good German and English skills.
• Ambition: You have the drive to achieve something and want to develop both professionally and personally.
• Responsibility: You are eager to take on responsibility and bring the motivation to work independently and in a team, as well as to contribute your ideas.
