BFC is looking for a Branch Manager for its dual branch in Saint Gilles-Saint Leu.
You are responsible for the development of the business portfolio of your branches and will be tasked with leading two teams in the Retail & Business markets. You achieve the commercial objectives focused on customer satisfaction with your branches.
You manage the commercial activity, risk, and compliance indicators.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Management
Ø Implementing individual and collective managerial practices within your branches
Ø Ensuring the animation and activity of your team focused on customer satisfaction
Ø Identifying development needs, creating the necessary conditions, and supporting the skills development of your colleagues (individual interviews and employee evaluations)
Ø Ensuring good coordination with HR stakeholders and participating with HR in key stages: recruitment, integration, training, mobility, remuneration
Animation / Management
Ø Leading local actions within the framework of the defined action plan
Ø Promoting and proactively fostering synergy within your branches
Ø Monitoring the achievement of your branches' objectives, proposing and implementing any corrective actions
Ø Ensuring the quality of reception through effective organisation within your branches and following up on customer complaints
Commercial
Ø Preserving and developing the business portfolio of your branches and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects
Ø Developing the net banking income of your branches and approving tariff exemptions within your decision-making limits
Ø Developing client autonomy and promoting remote sales and digital channels
Ø Ensuring the proper adoption and implementation of your team’s commercial practices
Ø Ensuring good collaboration between your team and transversal service teams
Risk/Compliance
Ø Managing daily commitments and risk under the authority of the RCL & DCPP with support from the Risk unit
Ø Authorising credit files within your decision-making limits
Ø Monitoring credit risk of ongoing operations
Ø Ensuring compliance with internal procedures regarding compliance and ethics
Ø Ensuring the application of safety rules for people, assets, and operations
Ø Being responsible for the permanent supervision of your branches

Ø Organised and with a strong team spirit, you are a manager attentive to both your colleagues and your clients.
Ø Familiar with banking products for retail, wealth management and professional markets, you have a good understanding of banking operations and master the applicable rules and procedures.
Ø You hold a Bac+3 to 5 degree in Banking / Insurance / Finance or Commerce / Sales, with successful experience as a Branch Manager.
Ø Holding the AMF certification is necessary for your role.
