• Independent technical and financial management of projects / construction sites
• AVOR and construction site organization, site management, resource planning
• Ensuring calculation, cost monitoring, measurement and billing
• Processing of offers, ensuring contract management
• Customer advice and customer support
• Contact with authorities and suppliers, representation of the company externally
• Ensuring and implementing regulations on occupational safety
• Ensuring and implementing internal and external quality regulations
• Execution of change order management

• Certified construction manager with ideally several years of experience in construction management / site management
• Or in training to become a construction manager (Certified Construction Manager SBA or Engineer FH, TS)
• Strong, resilient personality with professional competence and entrepreneurial thinking
• Team player, creative, independent, communicative
• Enjoyment of technical challenges
• Ideally experience with MS Dynamics D365,SORBA
• Knowledge in quality management
• Valid driving license category B required
