Internship or master thesis in the field of business administration with a focus on supply chain management or business informatics (m/f/d)
We are looking for a committed intern or master student to take on an exciting project in the area of e-procurement independently and gain valuable practical experience.
Project objective:
Design of efficient, digital purchasing processes with supplier contact, support of the onboarding process for the catalog system, and ongoing development of the digital platform.
· Onboarding suppliers onto a new catalog system
· Evaluation and integration of marketplace solutions (e.g., Unite)
· Analysis and resolution of interface issues between the catalog system and SAP
· Training new employees in the use of the digital catalog
· Creation of training materials and instructions
· Support in the development of further modules and active contribution of new ideas
· Close collaboration with IT, purchasing, controlling, and other departments
Your know-how and backpack
· Advanced studies in business administration, SCM, business informatics, or a related field
· Basic technical understanding of system integration and interfaces, ideally in the SAP environment
· Interest in digital purchasing processes and e-procurement solutions
· Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Unite, Mercateo advantageous)
· Very good communication skills, especially for training and onboarding
