To strengthen the well-coordinated team, the company is now looking for a structured and proactive

architectural draughtsman / technical architect, 50-100% (m/f/d) 

your tasks

• you will independently handle construction projects from order handover by sales
• in doing so, you plan and design commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings
• you also create draft, project, approval, execution and detail plans
• furthermore, you are responsible for coordinating building submissions and maintain regular contact with authorities, offices and external specialist agencies
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

your profile 

• you have training as a draughtsman specialising in architecture / architectural draughtsman or have studied architecture (m/f/d)
• you also bring experience in design as well as approval and execution planning
• knowledge of Revit and BIM is an advantage but not a requirement
• do you describe yourself as a team player, conscientious and proactive?
