YOUR SPECIALTY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE
- Be the first point of contact for our customers in St. Gallen regarding their purchased products. Your passion.
- Back office tasks, order processing in the ERP system, and written as well as telephone contact with our customers and suppliers. Your thing.
- Finding solutions and keeping a cool head in hectic situations. It's in your blood.
- Helping out when things get stuck. Part of the service.
- Our extensive travel and outdoor range. Your home.
THIS IS YOU
- A completed vocational training, ideally as a commercial employee EFZ or as a retail specialist EFZ. You can see it in your profile.
- Initial experience in customer service or with complaints as well as product knowledge. That's what it takes.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays. Yes!
- Your environment describes you as reliable, resilient, and enthusiastic. Definitely.
- Motivation to help shape the new branch and work in a large team. Yes, gladly.
- Working with various systems (like customer databases, MS Office) and on the PC. You are used to it.
- Being outdoors. Your hobby.
