The Park Retirement Home is located in the middle of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.

• You will learn the preparation of hot and cold dishes as well as desserts
• You will learn how the entire process in the kitchen works from ordering to plating
• We support you in acquiring knowledge regarding the proper handling of ingredients, spices, food, beverages, as well as the corresponding hygiene regulations
• You will plate all dishes appetizingly
• Besides cooking in daily business, you will also be deployed at banquets or events
• You will learn about the needs for meals for home care (Spitex) as well as for a day school and how to prepare them accordingly

• Completed secondary school
• Depending on the shift schedule, you may start as early as 6:00 a.m., so you should be well connected by public transport or have the appropriate mobility
• You are reliable, responsible, and hygiene-conscious
