Your new job

• Tasks are located in the Middle Office of the SLB business area and include, among others, the optimization of processes, the development and establishment of new workflows, as well as participation in daily business
• Responsibility, as an interface between various units, for a smooth and efficient process
• Handling complex cases in recurring processes; independently, carefully and with very good quality
• Thanks to increasing experience in operational daily business, participation in the continuous optimization, automation and testing of the underlying processes
• Enjoy shaping the team's scope of influence and tackling new tasks, along with clear, audience-appropriate communication at all levels and the aspiration to provide high-quality services

We benefit from this

• Ideally knowledge in the Securities Lending area and/or securities/settlement area
• Ideally training or experience with an analytical component, high problem-solving skills
• Ability to keep a cool head in hectic times
• Ability to continuously and flexibly reassess and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and demanding business environment
• German and English spoken and written, very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally knowledge of the core banking system Avaloq
