What is my role?

• You manage the complete order processing from smaller to larger projects

• You prepare quotations, amendments and carry out final invoicing

• You plan personnel deployment and ensure optimal resource allocation

• You lead and further develop your team

• You actively drive the further development of the site

• You acquire new orders and win new customers

• You look after existing customers and generate follow-up business

• You prepare budgets and monitor costs

What do I need to be successful?

• Further training as a master in switchgear and automation is an advantage

• You have a good network in the industry

• You enjoy leadership and already have experience with teams of 30-50 employees

• Experience in departmental management in the field of switchgear or automation is a plus

• You think in a connected way and have a quick grasp
