Your mission:
In this role, you will design varied group or individual activities with heart and commitment, creating valuable encounters and meaningful daily structure. You plan and lead offerings that are individually, resource- and needs-oriented to our residents and day guests. Their well-being, independence, and quality of life are always at the centre. As an empathetic and competent contact person, you build and maintain trusting relationships with residents, day guests, relatives, and external partners. You organise events, excursions, theme weeks, and other varied activation offerings.
