In the Volkshaus studios, we offer individual, meaningful, needs- and resource-oriented day-structure activities, with tasks such as sewing, embroidery, knitting, pottery, felting, painting, as well as relaxation offers. Group activities and community experiences also convey social experiences.

Your tasks
• You support and accompany our employees within the day structure
• Walks, board games, and relationship building are part of everyday life
• You take on clearly defined tasks and co-responsibility
• Assistance services during the intake of snacks and work in the area of hygiene
• Collaboration in the team, in production, and co-organization of the daily routine
• You take on administrative tasks and household work under supervision
• Participation in team meetings
Your profile
• You have completed compulsory schooling and are at least 18 years old
• You enjoy and are interested in working with people with disabilities
• You demonstrate social skills, willingness for self-reflection, and want to develop further
• You are physically and mentally resilient
• PC skills and good German language skills in spoken and written form
